My room was cleaned everyday and even sheets were changed out midway throughโฆdonโt get daily cleaning service many places anymore! โI was there for a conference and it didnโt really seem like there were enough staff to efficiently handle the group. The conference food was repetitive and not very good which is disappointing. If I had been there for any other reason I would have no complaints. I adored the staff in the coffee shop! โ

The visiting kids soccer team that pulled the fire alarm at bedtime and caused evacuation to stairwell was not pleasant. Supervision from coaches and parents was needed. Embarrassed they didnโt have more respect and pride for themselves.โ

We got there at 12:45am and desk clerk was waiting for us. He explained all the available amenities. Pulled up my rewards account without me having to make sure it was attached to this stay.
