"First, I had apparently reserved a room without a private bathroom, and they upgraded me figuring I didn't realize my mistake. I also got a river view, which was quite amazing. The staff was very kind, polite, and accommodating. Pooja was always ready with a smile and asking me if I needed anything or where I was planning to visit. One morning, I was leaving before breakfast and they made me breakfast TO GO of fresh cut fruit, sandwiches, and a smoothie. My laundry was always completed by the end of the day and was returned freshly ironed. The restaurant was on the 5th floor with an amazing 180 degree view of Risihikesh and the mountains beyond. The food was delicious-a perfect blend of spices. Breakfast was served as a buffet with many choices, and room service was delivered timely. At 4, they had High Tea which was free as well as an option at 5 to attend Arti at the Ganges. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would recommend this hotel and would return."
