"日本人の感覚からするとまだまだ足りない点は多々ありますが、清掃は行き届いていたし、スタッフがとて親切でした。　困った時　相談すると、翻訳機を使ったりして、本当に親身になって助けてくれました。帰る日も、殺人事件か何かで、タクシーが迎えに来れなくなった時も、Shubhamさんがリクシャを乗り継ぐ方法を教えてくれ、乗り継ぎ場まで連れて行ってくれるリクシャに状況を説明してくれました。その間、長い距離、私の荷物を持ってもくれ、お蔭様で何とかギリギリで　予定の列車に乗る事が出来ました。感謝感激、素晴らしい宿でした。それから、このホテルは少し上の方にあり、広い屋上があります。私はここで星の撮影をしたり、明け方、美しい景色の中でヨガをしたりしましたが、この位置と屋上が、私にとっては魅力的でこのホテルを選んだ最大の理由です。尚、朝食付きとありますが、朝フロントに行き、何を食べたいかいうとケータリングで出してくれる方式です。とにかく、ホテルの人に何でも聞いたり相談してみて下さい。きっとこの宿の良さがわかるかと思います。"

"I booked this sight unseen, from the US. We Rishikesh for a memorable trip - this hotel was well reviewed on several sites. It is set in a spectacular location, with a clear view of the Ganga. The approach road is, as is typical for Rishikesh, a one-lane narrow street - friendly people at both ends keep watch to ensure that cars do not go in at the same time at both ends! The rooms are clean, comfortable and have fans as well as heating (I did not check the air-conditioning). The food is...

"The outlets next to the bed didn’t work. We found tiny bottles of shampoo and bodywash already open and used . With the tops off they were left there by the cleaners. The towel rack was falling on it's side . All these problems are the result of poor maintenance. "

Main door of the rooms had some problem as one has to bang the door hard to close. Located in busy area..there is one good rafting office opp to this hotel..overall not bad..."
