โRooms and staff were great. Loved that there was a spa with hot pool & sauna. We used that every day. Also the hotel resteraunt has excellent food and is highly recommended as both a lunch and dinner choice. โ
โThis is a quiet hotel and we found it great value. We had a room with a view of the harbor and mountains beyond.
Hot complimentary coffee and tea were always available. We ate breakfast there several mornings- the buffet is lovely. It is an additional cost, but all of the food tasted homemade with a wide variety for a range of tastes. โUnreliable, rude, unhelpful staff and shortage of towels.
One staff said I can keep my luggage on the messages but that day there is no one who keeps my luggage. I called the phone. Another staff takes the phone, they can't keep the luggage and yelled at me that who is it( about keeping luggage). There are so many stories but it is too long story.

โI definitely can tell that this small luxury hotel was well designed and put a lot of thoughts. I really liked a simple scandinavian interior with a mixture of different textures all over. Moving TV which didnt block the view was very smart. I didn't really like the sliding door at the bathroom though. It was very uncomfortable when we use both shower and toilet at the same time.
