"This was a staycation as I wanted a getaway in kc. Margaritaville made me feel like I left town and gave me much needed downtime. The front desk staff Michelle and Amy were amazing and went above and beyond to help me learn about all the offerings at the hotel. Masterson, the recreation manager helped me with upcoming events and how to maximize enjoyment at the pool with activities available. The hotel is located right next to Atlas 9 an immersive experience, a go kart facility, the legends, bass pro, Nebraska furniture mart, restaurants, and soon to be the new chiefs stadium. I will be back multiple times!"

"The night we checked in, I called Wyndam to complain about the facilities and everyone else. The staff was uninterested and took several hours to get answers or resolutions - which were often not resolved. There were only two plugs in the room, one of which was plugged into an extension cord. There were no USB plugs whatsoever. The carpet both in the room and the hallways appeared to be dirty and very worn. The majority of the hotel was shut down - three restaurants, etc., the salon, whatever."
