"Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room.
I rejected the first room and staff tried to get me to stay saying that smell was normal. The second room was...

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Hotel. The property was super clean, comfortable, and the staff was absolutely wonderful from check-in to check-out. The only tiny issue was that our mini-fridge wasn't cooling very well, but everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!"

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved upon by going beyond Only surface cleaning.
For example: had to switch rooms because the refrigerator had melted ice cream on frozen ice. The bathroom had a urine smell from just surface cleaning."
