"Staff was excellent and Joya tried to resolve the issues with the room but could only do so much. Property has good amenities for the price point it’s in. Evening snacks and drinks is a nice touch. It is, however, an older outdated property. The bed was not comfortable, the AC unit was super loud and the refrigerator wasn’t cold at all. We were given a small refund and offered a different room but it wouldn’t really have been any different. This property would benefit greatly from an overall...

"The shuttle to the park was a nice accommodation to save on parking. It’s perfect to watch fireworks from the pool. The rooms are a bit dated and an odd smell but worth it for the money to be that close to park with an outdoor pool!"

"We (and others) had to stand at the front desk for several minutes before someone came to check us in. Upon arriving in our room, the front panel of the vanity was missing and leaning against the wall in our closet area. They did have some hot breakfast items which was a plus since I was only expecting a continental breakfast but there was a sign say no breakfast items were allowed in the rooms, where there are tables within the rooms to eat at.
