"I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The carpet was heavily stained and visibly dirty, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were also dirt stains on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew odor that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in. "Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room. "Stayed for a quick one night trip to kings island. Very close to the park. Check in was a breeze. Staff were very helpful and they also have a free shuttle to kings island. Room was clean and A/C worked great. Room had microwave and fridge which was great!! Pool was clean and water felt great. Breakfast was good and restocked regularly. Would definitely come back again!"
