“I love staying here it’s relaxed and the people in charge very helpful , very clean quite peaceful”

“Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer hilfsbereit.

“The property is beautiful and is definite a must for the real experience, food was excellent. The staff was so so helpful. I can’t stress this enough. Just an FYI , uber is illegal in some Morocco areas. I didn’t know this and it made it very hard to get to my Riad with my luggages as most Riads are located in the same area. I suggest making arrangements for pick up with the hotel.”

“Wonderful Riad. Muhammed and the team were fantastic, check in was very good, a very warm welcome with a comfy seat, mint tea and talk through the brochure followed by a quick tour of the Riad and its facilities. The room was perfect with very efficient air conditioning which was very welcome after a long day out. Breakfast was perfect with great coffee. The evening meal, wow, the best tagine we have ever had, we ate out the other nights and paid a lot more for not as nice. We had a few hours by...

“Our family of four with two teenage boys loved our stay. The staff was kind and outstanding. I would highly recommend you use their airport transfer. They helped us through the streets of the Medina. The property was clean and comfortable. The manager and the whole team were devoted to our happiness and comfort. Most importantly, almost everyone interacted with had a friendly smile. I felt like I was staying at a good friends home. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was close...

“Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, great service and location. Definitely recommend!”

“Excellent hotel with amazing and helpful staff.”

“The staff was very helpful! Only enjoyed breakfast once, and it was wonderful!”

“Lovely hotel, rooms very comfortable and lovely roof terrace which is an ideal place to relax after a day's sightseeing. The staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble really made our stay special”

“They were really helpful and the progerty was beautiful and clean. It was in a great area for siteseeing.”

“The riad is beautiful and well located, in the medina but without having to lug bags too far, also close to Tinsmiths Square which is lovely. Breakfast was good quality and the Riad was able to cater to a fellow traveller who needed gluten free food. I used the hammam downstairs and loved it, it's also a beautiful space. The staff were excellent.”

“I had a great stay at Médina Charme Riad and Spa and would recommend it. The staff was excellent and they very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Youssef. Breakfast is served daily and includes traditional Moroccan food, fruit, and tea. They helped coordinate several experiences for me, including a cooking class with the riad’s chef, a guided tour of Marrakech, and a private day trip to Essaouira. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable with all the guides and...
