"This hotel stay was the best! We were in town visiting Oracle Park and Simon at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The continental breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean and it’s a quick walk to Oracle Park. 10/10 will return "

"Modern new hotel. Great location to walk to Oracle Park baseball games. Rooms were clean, restaurant/bar on the top floor. Definitely would return for a future stay,"

"Room was big as we booked a Premier Room with 2 Queen Beds. Floor was carpeted. Bathroom was very clean but the sink was outside the bathroom which we did not like. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable that my wife ended up with a back pain. Pillows were old and lumpy. There was a small stain in a comforter which we mentioned this to the concierge lady. She apologized and immediately asked the housekeeping to change all the bed linen. You only get 2 small water bottles on the 1st day. Walls were not soundproofed well. Property was outdated like most of the properties around the area but well managed. Public transportations were 5-10 minutes walking distance. There were a lots of restaurants around. Area was not bad. We did not feel unsafe. Staff was nice. We did not use the swimming pool or parking. Good for a short stay."

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU'RE PARKING A CAR. Our car was damaged by their valet company and they are refusing to pay for the repairs. When we first pointed out the damage the valet employee was rude and dismissive saying it was impossible for them to damage a car. When we escalated the problem it took over a week for someone to respond to me and I had to continuously keep on them for responses. Another guest at the hotel also had their window smashed. Do yourself a favor and stay someone else that will either respect your car to take responsibility if it damaged."

"My room wasn’t ready so I was upgraded to a pool side room for $25 more a night. The room was small and well worn. The mattress cover at the base of the mattress was torn and haphazardly on the bed. The curtains were torn off the hooks. Furniture was chipped and glass tops cracked. The hinges on the dresser were unhinged. Room was clean. Staff was nice. The cityscape bar had a gorgeous view and great staff. The panna cotta was divine. Items in the store were obscenely overpriced. If it weren’t for a conference I would not have stayed at the property and don’t anticipate returning. "

"The room was a little smaller than we thought but everything was clean, up to date, and cozy. The tv comes with a Roku and theres a sleep sound machine by the bed too which I thought was a nice touch. For one night it was pretty good :) I would stay again"

"Only thing I don’t like was housekeeping walking to go out room at 8 when check out wasn’t until noon . If I didn’t check out the room they shouldn’t be walking in at 8 am"
