“Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. I honestly didn’t expect everything to work out so perfectly. The host, Roberto, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He was also very accommodating and agreed to an earlier check-in than the official check-in time. The room was actually even better than in the photos! Everything was impeccably clean, the mattresses were extremely comfortable — neither too firm nor too soft — and the pillows were great. The bed linen was fresh and the towels were...

“While this was not the worst place we’ve ever stayed, it was far from the greatest. The thing that was really a let-down was the false advertising for this place. None - I mean NONE - of the photos in the listing were accurate. It looks like photos were taken and then run through AI to improve their visual appeal. Totally misleading. We specifically booked this place for the A/C. While it does have an A/C unit, it is only in the bedroom and only moderately cools the living area. Plus, the...

“Easy to get on bus to go to Venice and return I rided 2 buses to arrive from Venice airport. Master bedroom is great, but the second room is only good for children, not for adult as bulk bed size are short and small. I experienced water leaking both from wall around the second bedroom door and around its air conditioner, also around the shower door. I messaged host but no respond. Lots of mosquitoes in the living room where there is no Air Conditioner.”

“Staff were amazing, apartments were huge and very modern, central location walkable to everything, would stay again”

“Nice stylish apartment. Easy to find once I realized google maps was taking me one house past the address. I just had to walk back a short way and I found it. Getting into the apartment was easy.”

“L'appartemento era pulito, non ho avuto contatti con l'host, ma le chiavi erano in una cassettina con la combinazione. Appartamento spazioso ideale per famiglie, supermercato raggiungibile a piedi”

“Host is very clear on check-in instruction, it was smooth. The apartment was cozy and location is excellent. Thankful that there is storage area for our luggage. It will be great if the other bedroom has a AC.”
