"The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"The location was great. Away from the main tourist spots, very quiet and close to some local favorite markets/cafes/shops. I think we may have been one of the first people to stay here because a few basic elements were missing. Wi-Fi was very choppy. Could be a service provider issue. TV didn’t work. "We booked a canal view room for our family of 4. The view is beautiful. Room and bathroom is very clean and looks recently renovated. Communication was clear and they were quick to respond. We utilized the shared dining/kitchen area as it seemed we were the only guests staying. Love this place for the location. We arrived by train and did not have to worry about the stairs. It was only a few minutes from station. I highly recommend!"

"It was a little difficult to find at first, but the apartment itself was very nice from inside, and the owner provided all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The only challenge we faced was taking our heavy luggage to our apartment at 2nd level on the very narrow round stairs. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood."

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. "We had a great time. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the AC units in the apartment didn’t work and it was quite warm when we were there. We thought we would just open the windows to let the breeze in but the street is very busy so the noise was extremely loud, it sounded like the people outside were screaming in our room. Otherwise we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
