“A/C worked great, staff was very courteous and efficient. I was skeptical when I booked the room because it was so inexpensive compared too others in the area but I was very pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. It's older butt they have done a good job of taking care of the property and providing clean up too date amenities.”

“The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.”

“I was told not to stay here, but took a chance anyways. My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to play at the Winstar casino and decided to stay in Gainesville because it was cheaper. The room was cleaner than I expected, minus a few bugs around the room. “I don’t know where they got the photos they posted on Expedia but this place is tun down and dirty! The pool was locked up, room was very dirty to include dried liquids on the walls and even a handprint in the bathroom. There were holes in the walls and ceiling and surfaces had visible dirt, not just dust. We were exhausted when we arrived so we took a nap but went to another hotel for the night. 0/10”
