"The stay was very nice. The hotel is not well versed in English so you may have a little communication issue if you do not know Chinese. There was one Manager, Richard, he was great. He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. It was the best breakfast I have had in Southeast Asia. Great food! The hotel is a little further from the sites...

"Staff members were very helpful either special mention of Zhao (Jones) at concierge who helped with our transportation to Xian train station and a great restaurant recommendation. Hotel location was perfect, amenities and hotel staff friendly helpful and attentive. The staff at check in noted that we were a family and proactively offered to place us in connecting rooms - this added touch of service was appreciated. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant- food was tasty. Overall a superb experience at Hilton which made our stay in Xian memorable."

One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies. Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again."
