“The bathrooms had mold in the corners and at the ceiling tiles around could use a good cleaning as well as the green stains in the tub from the dripping water. There was a moldy odor in one room and the other needed to be dusted. Behind the mattress at the framed headboard on the wall. The staff was very nice and for a one night stay it wasn’t terrible but not exactly as expected. The check in area and breakfast area we clean and had no odors.”

“Bathroom was small, sink and counter were outside the bathroom which helped. The only problem was the bathroom door stuck badly and woke my son when using it during the night.”

The room was clean and the front desk clerk was pleasant. We only stayed one night for a concert at the Saranac Brewery, so it was convenient and good for our needs.”

“Staff at front desk was helpful, even at 4:30 AM. Appreciated the cleanliness, plenty of parking. Breakfast could definitely use some help!! And indoor pool area was not comfortable at all - sitting area was outside, the room was very hot & decking around the pool stayed soaked with some puddles. Overall, I give it a B+. Offer a better breakfast and I might bump it up to an A-.”

The room is large and clean, also the bed is very comfortable. The good thing is that the hotel serves the quite nice breakfast and I could always enjoy the free drinks, fruites and cookies. “The property is clean and tidy. The hotel is great for a quick visit and overnight stay. If you’re looking for a fair price, no frills hotel, this certainly fits the bill. It’s exactly what a budget friendly hotel should be. Ours was a quick visit. Checked in at 8:00 p.m. and out the following morning at 9:00 a.m. We needed a clean comfortable bed and hot shower and that’s exactly what we got. It may not be the Ritz Carlton but it’s not claiming to be. It’s as advertised and I’ll stay there...
