"The rooms had terrible smell with broken furniture. No trash was picked up for days. No cleaning was done, as they clean only once a week. It explains the terrible smell. Phone was broken. So, for every little thing you run down. Only good thing was their coffee. "

"We found the spa cold, reported to the front desk and repairmen came in shortly and heated spa was warm enough to enjoy."

"Didn’t know there was a hot tub. Pool was poorly kept as was the deck. The ice machine was in good working condition. The room looked nice when you walked in. However, once you were in it was obvious the condition was not really as good as it appeared. Your feet stuck to the floor and the faucet had buildup on it. When you closed the bathroom door there was dirt on the floor behind it. The mini fridge was in working order, even the little freezer inside. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The first night was cool, the heater in the room worked. The female desk clerk was very cordial and helpful. The gentleman however, almost pushed the lady out of the way and was very rude. We actually left. Reassessed. Decided to go ahead and book and went back. All in all, for the price it’s still so-so. I expect dated, which it was. However, I don’t think clean is to much to ask for at any price. "

"The room we were given, had trash all over it like someone had just partied their bed was disgusting sheets were never changed. We ended up leaving because it was so disgusting."
