This is a great place at a great price. The rooms and the bathrooms are compact but there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the dock and an easy 15-20 minutes walk into the city. Parking is free, not just overnight but the next day as well. I would certainly recommend.

We chose this hotel for closeness to the docks for the isle of man ferry. Good facilities, excellent staff and very good value for money and quality food. We booked it again on our return to Liverpool a week later. We will stay here again whenever we are visiting family on the island.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, really the best part of the stay. Quiet, convenient location. Room was small but had storage space under the beds so that helped. No toiletries so had to use our own - they might have had it upon request but having to ask for shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not expected. Would stay again.

All the staff we interacted with were really friendly. The prices in the bar were good for a hotel and the free, easy parking was the biggest positive. A really good stay. The bathroom was tiny but didn't make our stay any worse.

Everything we needed for our stay, the room was clean, staff very polite and helpful and I would recommend the breakfast. The carpark is great and I used the EV charger which was straight forward. Only negative for us was the room got really warm during the night and there was no way to cool down, even with the window open wide.
