"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were many eateries and shopping. Tons of coffee shops. We took Uber everywhere as it was very cheap. Wi-Fi was fast. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. "

"Our room was really large and comfortable, it was very clean and so was the bathroom. It was like a home away from home. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and the hotel was 4 mins away from the nearest subway. There was a convenience store in the property, and the WiFi was fast. Props to the clean and big gym too "

"Location was great! Super easy access to subways. Easy access to the heart of Seoul. Quiet at night. Cafes and convenience stores near by. Friendly and very Kind staffs. There is wowpass kiosk in the lobby for me to purchase a card and charge money and withdraw money. Unfortunately, there is no warter bottle, toothbrush, tooth paste are provided. However, there is a cold water fountain in each floor to refill. And there is vending machine to buy toothbrush, toothpaste and more in the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. I added breakfast for my stay. It was delicious. Many options. Having breakfast here saved time for looking for what and where to eat in the morning. I wanded to spend as much time asnpossible to explore Seoul, so I thought it was a smart idea for me. Room was small, but clean. Comfortable! "

"Expedia double booked me here and they refused a refund on 1 of the 2 rooms I had booked but Expedia refunded me as it appeared to be their fault. And airport limousine bus for only 17000 Won drops you off right in front of the building. A Canadian man checked me in and was awesome at explaining everything and pointers on food and activities. Room itself is nice and big with 2 king beds. I was by myself but like the extra space. Bed was comfy. I love having a fridge but this had 2 dead drain flies in it but kept everything nice and cold. Did not use anything else except microwave. Plenty of hot water but the bathroom! The shower drain is not in the shower but in front of the toilet. I asked if this was normal in Korea but they never answered. So, they provide slipper things to walk on, no shoes allowed, and shower shoes. The entire bathroom gets flooded after each use. Again, normal? I should have notified them earlier about the drain fly problem but they really don’t bother you too much but it got worse near the end of my stay. Anyway, loved the fact that the bus drops u off in front and the return bus is a stop about 5 minute walk. The area is quiet and nice. It had plenty of places to eat but I ordered food delivery every night as I had excursions every day for 10-13 hours and was back late every night and had no energy to go out! Weather in May was HOT. Be prepared! Plenty to do in and around Seoul and actually had a great time and hopefully will go back sometime."

"Guesthouse is very affordable for those that are on a tight budget like I was on when I went. The location is great because it is next to so many convenient things like a Daiso or a supermarket. What makes it extra nice is that there is small kitchen to grab a free ramen. The only negative thing I will say is that I didn't enjoy how small the room was and you can hear every little noise from other guests. Overall, if you don't want to pay a lot of money for hotel and still would like a convenient place to stay, then the Snowflower Guesthouse is the right place for you."

"Breakfast buffet had vegan options, however, the daily offering was minimal. Given the few options, what was offered was very delicious, just had to eat a lot of 2 or 3 items. No protein offering on my second day. Tofu would have been nice besides nuts. "

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."
