"Convenient to Myeong-dong and wonderful stay. Facilities were top-level with a gym, spa, lounge, and pool that is as good as most health clubs. Did not get to try the hotel's golf driving range but will probably put that on my to-do list for next time. "

"Enjoyed my stay (6 nights) - large room, king-size bed; all very comfortable. Only downside are the room-doors - very difficult to close quietly and some folks are wont to slam them! Very annoying. If soft-close doors, I’d have awarded this place 5 stars. Liked the location and the restaurant was decent also"

"The property is in the heart of seoul and is minutes away from Namdaemun market, Myeongdong, the hanbok villlages, multiple temples and shrines, and more restaurants than you could eat at in a lifetime. The property has a well kept gym and spa facility, along with very friendly staff. Ubers and taxis may have a bit of trouble locating the front and often drop you off in the back of the property. "

"Very clean and modern hotel. Staff were excellent as well as the amenities. Loved having a washer and dryer in our room, it made the long trip we had much more comfortable and homey. "

"Great location! Close to a lot of different shops and restaurants, and having a CU on the main floor of the hotel was so convenient! Staff was so helpful and friendly and our room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Korea and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!"

"customer service could be approved upon. I booked the incorrect date in error. They would not move the date nor offer any discount towards correct date, even though i had not used the breakfast credit or checked in at all. A bit of flexibility would have been nice. "
