"It was inconvenient because I had to wait too long for the elevator. And I entrusted it to dry cleaning, but it was a bit damaged, so I waved the laundry fee, but the clothes were ruined. But the staff were friendly. It was good because the location was within walking distance of Myeongdong, Insadong, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. I think I'll be staying there again next time."

"Bed and room was clean and modern. Nice sink area separate from toilet and shower, a desk & side table and so on. Outlets already had adapters so our US plugs worked directly. Kettle in room, microwave and water dispenser near elevators. Gym is amazing, all new things and 4 treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, many weight machines. Didn't get the breakfast because price is high and cafes are around the corners but many people were going. Coin op laundry 8k won for wash & dry, 2 machines each. Very quiet, never heard neighbors a single time. Quick walk to gwangjang market, lots of bus service nearby. Would happily stay here again. "

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"

"The room was clean, cleanliness could be improved in the showers. Good air conditioning and amazing location. Walking distance to gwangjang market and myeongdong. I would make sure to bring your own slippers as they only provide reusable ones that seems to have been used by previous guests. There is a vending machine for other disposables."

"The apartment was clean. However there are steps going up to the apartment (not part of the loft) requriing us to carry luggage up which was unexpected. However the owner/staff was kind enough to help us with our luggages. The loft has a small window on the bottom of loft bedroom. Which doesn’t have black out blinds. Would be good if they could have that as it can be quite bright if you need to sleep in. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay!"

"The ac was not used. My room was 77•F. I called the front desk many times and they gave me a fan. That is not acceptable!"
