Plan for an alternative breakfast!

The room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy and we had a great night stay. The gentleman behind check in went out his way to do us some food and the lasagne he made us was amazing! The only thing to complain about was the breakfast. I understand with the current situation breakfast isn't able to run as normal but when i am given a bag with a mini muffin, a small slice of fuit cake and 3 sachets of jam that was underwhelming to say the least. Had to go out and purchase breakfast eventhough it was included, not sure what i was expecting but some prepacked pastries and a bit of fruit would have been a lot better. There was a lot of work men there and they was probably starving as that wasn't going to fill a child let alone an adult. Other than that it was brilliant :)

Parking prices.

Great hotel meals not bad price for London. Breakfast was good. The only problem I had was trying to change me for parking 12 pounds for vehicle told them noway I was paying for that not on hotels. Com when I booked it. Spoke to the manager next day. Don't have to pay.

The room was cold and the heater did not work.When I mentioned this matter to the reception I was told to wait until the room becomes warm but it never did. I was told that all the rooms are just like that. I insisted to have another room luckily the heater of the new room worked. There is no phone system. Ever time that I wanted to talk the front desk I had to go personally to the front desk.
