"Love this hotel in the summer for the outdoor area however disappointingly there are no fridges in the room It’s also self checkin which is quick but the queue to actually speak to some one was quite long There is not a gym on site like some web sites suggest but you can use a local one"

"Cleanliness was very good! Breakfast was good as well. I loved that there was a transportation person at the from door to help with options on getting to Heathrow. Only issue were had was the WiFi would not connect in our room, otherwise we had a great one night stay."

"1. The shower drained poorly not because of a clog but due to poor design. 2. There were no phones to call the front desk, and our AT&T phones had no service, so you have to physically go to the lobby. 3.
