Exceptional boutique hotel in West Hollywood, very convenient to the Troubadour, Dan Tana's etc. Very quiet and clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and clearly focused on making sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended. We'll certainly be staying there again for our next LA adventure!

The night clerks were fantastic, answered all questions, and were friendly. The restaurant on the property was clean, and prices were somewhat reasonable. Service and food were great. The property itself was a bargain compared to other accommodations in the area.

Hotel is in an excellent location in West Hollywood, a short walk from Rodeo Drive. Restaurant attached serves nice food. Valet parking is $35 per night. Rooms are very small but expected in this area. Door digital lock didn’t work so used a master code. Location and parking is the big plus.

Keep in mind that this is a historic boutique hotel built in 1956, so the layout reflects the era—smaller room dimensions and older standards—but everything is beautifully renovated, spotless, and well-maintained.  There is no on-site breakfast served, but several great cafés and dining options are just a short walk away. What stood out most was the customer service. I had an unexpected family emergency back home and had to cut my trip short; the staff was remarkably compassionate, accommodating, and provided relief on my pre-booked nights without hassle. Excellent hospitality—I would happily return!

Our room was small but comfortable. We did not have a view (room 24) because our window faced a wall. Parking ($32 daily) was not a problem. Great onsite Italian restaurant for dinner and a lovely rooftop spot to chill. Walkable to Melrose and PDC. Would stay here again, the staff was lovely.

The location is absolutely fantastic — just a 2-minute walk from Melrose and conveniently close to all the great spots by car. The parking situation was also excellent. The rooms were rather simple, but clean and comfortable. What really stood out, however, was the outstanding and helpful staff. In particular, the young lady with glasses who helped me with the check-in (unfortunately, I forgot her name), as well as Jacky and, of course, Veronica, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. All in all, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the place. Thank you!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Beverly Terrace. Location was perfect, the property was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was absolutely incredible. More specifically, Veronica and Sam at the front desk were particularly helpful. I also enjoyed dining at café Amici on property the food and the ambience were fantastic. This was my first stay at the property and I will be definitely returning in the future!

Really enjoyed staying at the Beverly Terrace Hotel. The staff were pleasant greeting me and my family everyday. Check-in was easy and the room was clean. The hotel is close to several restaurants and public transportation. You can walk to a lot of things and its mid-point location between downtown LA and Santa Monica is ideal.

The rooms are small but efficient. The bed was quite comfortable. The Cafe attached is delicious! The insulation between rooms is this thin, so bring a nose machine or use the provided ear plugs. Would 100% stay there again.

Room was under a set of stairs and heard everything all night long. Can hear people in courtyard talking, having dinner, everything. They supply you with ear plugs and white noise machine if that tells you anything. Called front desk multiple times and no one answered. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was great.

We loved this boutique hotel. A hidden gem. We found this great hotel, so close to Cedars Sinai Hospital for over night procedures and at a reasonable price. We will always use Beverly Terrace. The rooms are nice and clean, updated, great court yard attached Italian restaurant with great food and spirits. Don’t forget to check out the views on the roof top terrace.
