This is our 2nd time staying here. Staff is more than accommodating rooms are clean. parking can be a little tricky if you arrive late but there is off street parking. Pool is a plus if you are traveling with kids. Would definitely stay here again

Yes, hotel is a little outdated, HOWEVER, the staff and the location definitely made up for it. Good place to sleep and shower. Although the pool looked inviting, our party was unable to enjoy it, maybe next time cause I plan on staying here again whenever I visit Universal 😉

Great place and convenient for West LA commute. Very spacious room, staff are helpful and nice. Cleaning service are available upon request so that you know when will your room being accessed. Pretty safe and quiet (depending on your next room’s) and easy access to Ralph’s, Erewhon, lots of cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Studio City shopping area (Sephora, Trader Joe’s, Free People, Crossroads, wasteland, Urbanoutfitter and other boutiques and shops).

The room was painted but poorly. Trim was waterlogged and swollen. Electricity was hit and miss. outlets were stretched so they couldn't be used. no idea what switch turned what on. Thought we were coming to a nicer place based on the pictures. Pool was good and clean. that was the one positive.

This was a great stay for the 4 days I was there and enjoyed the pool. The only things is that the property is very old bathrooms super old they move when sit. But if your ok with that I would stay again because it’s only 10 min from universal studios and all the stores I need were walking distance.
