The Hotel is in an old building which has been renovated to a modern standard with compromise. Good location, parking available nearby at additional cost. There’s a Restaurant in the same building which served a tasty slightly different breakfast in a lovely indoor/outdoor setting. There’s also some secure luggage lockers onsite.

This hotel is very unique. I love all the pictures of stars, like Madonna and Elton John and retro feel with chandeliers throughout. I loved my room. My room was super huge and comfortable with the same classy retro music stars vibe. It was clean and the sofa was bigger than I imagined. It was perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially two gentlemen that work in the evening, one ehen I first arrived snd the other had emerald eyes, they were both so kind to me and patient as I continuously used the hotel cell phone to resolve credit card issues and my phone had stopped working. They were true angels, I hope you know who you are!! They went above and beyond.

The hotel is in an excellent location, but that’s the only good thing.While the door and safe are fitted for a card passkey, you were given a key to use. There was no chair in the room, so I had to request one. Extremely small bathroom. The window faced a wall. The unit had a small, noisy window A/C. I felt this hotel is being run for max profit, due to location.

Where do I even begin? Every member of the staff was amazing. They were so kind, so helpful, and so friendly. However, I was put in room 109 and I want to urge every future guest to remember if you get room 109 do not take it. Make them change you to another room. It is street level, it has a window air conditioner, which leaves open space for all of the noise to come in. The valet is literally right next to that window and they talk until late at night, laughing and being loud. I’m not sure but I think the kitchen might be under that room because the noise was so much so that I had to call the front desk and complain about it. It didn’t help it continued on all week. It was extremely bad on Friday night. They apparently are aware of the noise because there was a whole jar of sponge earplugs on the nightstand next to the bed. That’s how bad it was. I’m not exaggerating! The floor appeared to be peel and stick tile which was coming up, and there were many uneven places in the floor. The bathroom floor is so uneven that the door would get caught halfway open on the floor, and I had to shove it to continue opening it. Overall, the hotel is cute and charming because of its history. It has a very retro vibe to it, which makes it pretty. But the trade-off and comfort and quiet is not worth the aesthetics. 10 out of 10 do not recommend and I will never stay there again.

The property is almost 100 years old. My room was cute, up a small flight of stairs to the second floor. It features a full size mattress, a modest closet with ironing board and iron, and a nice sized bathroom that featured a shower with good water pressure and excellent hair/soap/lotion products. I slept well for both nights. The food in the restaurant was also very good, especially at breakfast (which is why they charge an extra $25 for the glass of wine and the breakfast (not like at a Hampton Inn at all!) They also had all of the newspapers--on paper which was a pleasure to read. The property is well located for what I needed to do.

Old building in good location. First floor room had lots of noise from interior courtyard where back of room window area looks into, from maintenance work area and noisy restaurant cleaning work. Nice place. Pretty clean. Nice location. Staff was pleasant. Toilet seat was broken, very inconvenient for a lady who is seated during her performance, ans it would pinch your cheek every time seated…and the view from the room was a back alley/storage area or something.
