This hotel is a hidden gem in DTLA. Very clean and modern. Fresh baked goods every morning from Homeboy Bakery and everything was delicious. There is a parking garage that you can purchase with your stay which was very helpful for us. Very close in proximity to everything in LA. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent hotel: clean best services, safe and decent. The staff esp NINA and others rendered superb services . Solving all my problems. I felt relaxed comfotable and happy here. The parking was gated with badge access so its very secure, the hotel smelled very clean on all floors and the rooms were very clean! Even the elevator felt clean and well ventilated. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, housekeeping staff that we ran into were very friendly, hotel felt safe and wasn’t very noisy other than in the morning (due to DTLA traffic). Location made it easy to travel to and from Crypto Arena! Fancy pastries were provided each morning with access to an espresso/coffee drink maker plus an ice/filtered water dispenser with tea bags and sweetener as options as well! Overall 10/10 experience we would definitely return!

I loved how minimalistic the hotel was. We felt comfortable staying there. The only thing I had an issue with was I didn’t know how to get into the hotel. I found out I needed to ring the buzzer for the garage and was able to get in that way.

As we entered the facility, the parking lot is very secure. That was exciting that it has a gate. We walked through the doors and it smells wonderful very clean atmosphere. The staff was very helpful. I needed a steamer as well as a makeup mirror and they offered that which was fantastic. Breakfast was very minimal however it was perfect. I will definitely recommend this best friends and family and I will stay here again.

READ BEFORE RESERVING: IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION. The place is immaculate and beautiful. The biggest issue is that through Expedia they don’t tell you need to reserve a parking spot at their hotel and it wasn’t even an option on here. Luckily, the employee there was very helpful and let us know that we could over night park HALF A MILE A WAY. So that did suck, having to leave our car half a mile away and walk back to the hotel in 100° weather. Fortunately, they were accommodating at the front and let us leave our luggage in the lobby so we didn’t have to drag it half a mile in LA’s heat to check in and out. Also, when we got there, our room’s A/C was broken. By the grace of the gods, they were able to put us in another room since they weren’t booked out for the night. Great little place. Clean. Friendly and amazing staff. Coffee and pastries were good. Would stay here again if we’re able to reserve a parking spot as well.

The room was super clean, and in fact, staff was nice, but, they charged me extra 150US$ for absolutely no reason! And the breakfast was NOT breakfast, was not even continental breakfast - it was a single danish! One danish and that they called it breakfast! And yes, only one per person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT recomend, and it seems like Hotels.com is becoming bad to use! Information is not accurate for charges and amenities.

This is my second time staying at The Metric and it did not disappoint. The are always so kind there, even allowing early check-in for my boyfriend and I, and the room is always so clean and welcoming and the perfect place after a long drive or flight. We will definitely make this our go-to spot when stay in LA!

The room was very clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the premium local pastries for grab and go in the morning. Really appreciated an extremely helpful and accommodating front desk experience. Paid gated parking was a great value.
