Merci pour la critique, même si négative, mais .. 1) nous sommes un B&B et le linge est le meilleur que vous puissiez trouver, nous utilisons le même que les hôtels 4 étoiles à Lucques 2) Le matelas est une chose subjective, alors peut-être pour vous c'était mou, pour d'autres c'est parfait. Il doit être adaptable à chaque client, qui est différent d'un autre.. 3) Le plus important pour moi, je n'ai rien facturé du tout... surtout, après ton départ, je ne me serais jamais permis. Les taxes de séjour ne sont pas à payer et vous ne les avez pas payées, vous avez certainement emporté une bouteille de vin, ou d'eau pour un total de 6€ que nous avons pris en compte. Merci quand même d'être nos invités. Bonne vie.
