"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Jose was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our stay so enjoyable. He was kind, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. His outstanding customer service truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you, Jose, for making our stay memorable!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The downstairs bar and breakfast area were well maintained and well serviced while we were there.I thought the amenities in the room were excellent. Tea and coffee were replenished daily, which was much appreciated. The only observation I would make is that, although I took two complimentary bottles of water on arrival, the water was not restocked each day. This is perhaps one area the hotel could reconsider. Other than that, the bathroom amenities were very good.The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The hotel is also wonderfully situated near all the main attractions in the city of Málaga, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back next year. Highly recommended."

"Late flight arrival led us to booking at stay here before getting car rental in the morning. Staff very friendly, refunded the cost of the bus tickets from airport which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was a little lacking despite being in at 8am but was still tasty and the mini pastries were fresh and the coffee in the machine was good. Everywhere was clean and staff very friendly. Def would use again."
