Everything was good with the exception of the air conditioner / fan unit. It just wasn't working and we didn't figure that out until midnight. The hotel staff did what they could to try to fix the problem, and it just wasn't something we could fix so late. I appreciated their effort. Breakfast was really amazing, and the room had a great view. Highly recommended, especially if you need parking. Bus comes frequently and is direct, takes only 10 minutes or so.

If you're bringing a car, like we did, you can park for free at the hotel and use the regional bus and train system to get around the area. The hotel is a convenient distance from the train station, an easy walk with luggage but far enough away that you can't hear trains. Reception was excellent and was able to get us into our room a couple hours before check-in time. They also were able to put us in a room towards the quiet back side of the building (little to no street noise.) Switzerland uses outlet plugs which are different from anywhere we've been in Europe....
