“This is the third time I stayed at the Smokies Park hotel. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and friendly services in particular. Without a doubt, breakfast and dining is superb. Only thing they could improve is the shower tab. Not enough water pressure in the morning.”

“On a 3-day business trip. No surprises, the quality of the hotel is similar to that of other Novotels: I chose the hotel for its reliability. 10-minute walk to the Manchester Piccadilly train station, and to the major shopping and tourist areas. Quiet neighbourhood, but not much of a view from the rooms.”

“After traveling all day, we arrived to a bit of a mess. Seems there was a problem with checkin. Computer glitch? We had to wait 30 minutes before checking in. Luckily, the restaurant next door was open, and we were able to get a bite to eat while we waited. We really just wanted to lay our heads down and close our eyes for a bit. All in all, we had a nice stay.”
