"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."

A little bit far from Six Flags (our reason for visiting), but convenient to the shore. Plenty of casual dining options, very nice people.
