“I was surprised at hospitalities lack of quality, This was a first - I must say it was not everyone on the staff, however one person can ruin an entire stay if they’re consistently the person one sees most. Ive been staying with the Marquis for decades (1980’s), solo, with a 2nd, friend or family and most importantly my doggers! Up until this visit I have never felt poorly served or made to feel that a small request was a problem, or not permitted. That said - I was sad to see this fine...
