직원들 서비스가 정말 친절합니다. 특히 마지막 날 체크아웃할 때 소지품을 두고 떠나지는 않는지 꼭 확인시켜 줍니다. 또한 차가 너무 막혀서 그랩 택시가 오지 않아 로비에서 헤매고 있는데, 직원이 먼저 와서 자기에게 그랩 차량번호를 알려주면 도착했을 때 불러주겠다고 했네요. 덕분에 마음 편히 로비에서 대기할 수 있었습니다. 4년 전에 방문했을 때도 친절한 직원들이 기억에 많이 남았는데, 이번에도 역시 친절했어요. 두 번의 필리핀 여행을 좋은 추억으로 남게 해 줘서 고맙습니다.

편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다
직원들이 매우 친절하고 빠르게 응대를 해주었고, 객실도 매우 청결하고 좋았습니다 침대도 매우 편안해서 며칠 잠을 잘 못자고 간거였는데 아주 푹 잤어요 뷰는 그렇게 좋지 않았지만 위치도 좋았고 만족스러웠습니다 다만 아쉬웠던건 세탁 비용과 late check out 시스템이 너무 비싼 비용이어서 그건 조금 아쉬웠네요 세탁은 급해서 어쩔 수 없이 맡겼지만 kg으로 금액을 측정하는게 아닌 벌당이었고 아침에 받아야 한다고 하니 한 벌당 2배의 가격을 내야한다고 해서 비싸지만 어쩔 수 없이 했고, late check out 은 2시간 정도만 하고 싶었는데 2-6시까지 같은 가격으로 이용할 수 있는데 비용이 매우 비싸서 어쩔 수 없이 일찍 나와서 짐을 맡겼었네요 그것 빼고는 다 좋았습니다.

이주전퀸사이즈베드 룸을 이틀 예약했으나 체크인시에 프론트 데스크에서 예약과 다른 트윈베드룸을 제공하였음.그들은 이미 빈방이 없어서 다는방을 제공한다고 했음. 밤늦게 도착하여 어쩔수 없이 하루밤은 숙박하기는 했으나 매우불편하고 불쾌했음. 이주전에 예약했는데 호텔측의 태도에 도저히 납득이 되지않음

City Garden Hotel Makati has good value for your money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and attentive. One of the bellhops went beyond what was expected. We were transferring to our next hotel, which was the next block up the street. I was about to call a ride share service and the bellhop stated he would just bring all our bags there for us. I was quite impressed and appreciative for his kindness. We will definitely stay here in the future.

the hotel is located in a very convenient location, with restaurants and shops close by. The room is clean and big enough. breakfast is ok: not the most memorable one, but still good and quite rich

Das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Umfeld etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit vielen Ladybars und Prostiuierten. Aber hey - das ist Makati. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße was den Vorteil hat, dass die Verkehrsanbindung hervorragend ist, aber auch dass ab 6:00 morgens reger Verkehr herrscht. Ich würde wiederkommen

My room was not well maintained. I could not get the shower water temperature right and the toilet barely flushed. It was noisy in the corridor.

The are friendly, housekeeping great service. The only thing is lack of salespeople, the front don’t explain or sales there’s hotel products, the restaurant, pool, health club. Nor the room service.the front office staff lack care. Make the guest feel at home. I comeback twice. They treated as clients with calling your name nor how s your day. The breakfast service needs the foods and juices are fully prepared. I stayed twice in the hotel. I noticed some food in buffet are empty. I call the attention of the servers the foods and juice are emptied. There were three staffs busy finding the Room number and greeting the guest but they ignored the buffet area. Lack of awareness. Other that issue. The hotel is great in cleanliness, walkable, transportation and convenience to restaurants and grocery and shops

Great location, easy to get to Glorietta mall and Rockwell by Grab and not too far (walkable if not too hot) which makes it convenient (food, shopping) room was not huge but was clean and comfortable. There is a jug which you can fill with water from the water tank which is very much appreciated. Staff were friendly enough, especially at the roof bar, which by the way has a fantastic view! Nice pool and hot tub too, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff and fantastic breakfast buffet. Location is right in the center of Poblacion nightlife and the staff were extremely helpful in getting me a Grab car to the airport. A no-hassle and luxurious atmosphere.
