Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels
6/10 Okay
"Place was nice.. def overpriced and nickeled n dimed you for every moment which seemed extremely lame. For an establishment of this caliber, you either rank and run the the the big dogs or stay in court with the Holiday Inns "
"Everyone here is nice, breakfast is good and rooms are good. I took away a star for how gross the pool is. They scoop it but that doesn’t fix the film that was on top of it and how milky foggy it is. Even my 9 and 11 year olds were like no thanks. I couldn’t believe people swam in it. Also you have to pay $5 to use the ping pong and foosball tables. I can see checking the accessories out and if you don’t return it you get charged but to charge every time anyone wants to use it I just thought was not a good look for the hotel. Overall our stay has been ok but if we come back to Colorado we will be staying somewhere else due to the disappointment in amenities."
"We were right outside of downtown Manitou, and right down the road from Garden of the Gods! The room was very clean and cozy, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind! We arrived very late in the morning, but there was no issues because my key was left in the lock box. We will absolutely be returning. "
