The heat wouldn’t work in our room, smoke detector keep going off all night while we was sleeping. Wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at the office.

Deadbolt on the door would not lock, the room was filthy, the floor was so filthy if you walked in your bare feet, they turned black. There was no shampoo only that recycled soap. There was a giant gap at the bottom of the door. Overall, the room was just nasty, I stayed there a couple weeks before that and the room wasn’t great, but it sure wasn’t like this one.

Room was interesting. Just a couple of housekeeping items: a previous guest had an explosive pop go all over the wall and light by the tv. I cleaned up as much of the wall as I could, put there are still spots near the ceiling and on the ceiling light. There were 2 body hairs in the tub. Other than that, it was a nice, convenient stay.

It was the dirtiest nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in and I stay in approximately 50 hotels a year. It smelled horrible bathroom exhaust fan was falling out of the ceiling floor tile busted and filthy. No heat in room floor was buckling when you walked on it this hotel needs to be tore down.

Fair price... Many repairs are needed eg. sink faucet loose and hard to use ,Bath faucet loose, bathroom door doesn't close. If you stay more than one night, the maid service is sub standard eg. Beds not maid, no fresh cups,NO FRESH SOAP! Can't beat the price......If you just need to sleep and get a hot shower, this is the place..

Wasn't nice as shown in the pictures. Old, dilapidated, peeling paint, rotted trim wood work, bath tub looks dirty, floors were very dirty my granddaughter feet were black. Only one set of towels had to ask for more.

The guy at front desk gave me the worst room and yelled at me when I asked to switch! And instead of being rude back to him I didn’t say a word to him and then he started being overly nice the last days of my stay and then I had the manager calling me at 6 am in the morning asking if I was going to extend and my last day he called again at 6:30am and asked if I was already checked out!?!!!!

Bed sheets had little brown spots and some holes. Columns outside hotel room were crumbling and laying all over the place. No hot water in our room whatsoever. When brought up to check out staff, the only response was, “we’ll look into it”. No grounds keeping being managed. Walls so thin with loud people talking at all hours.

On a scale of 1-5, it gets a 3.5. It is an older hotel maintained, but nice. I simply needed a place to sleep for a 2-day local event I attended. Easy access to Hwy 30. Quiet. Clean room. Bed slept nice. AC worked. TV worked but the controller did not and after 4 different ones from the front office, I just used the manual features to select the channels I wanted. Was offered a different room but not worth changing just for the TV. My choice. 3.5 rating - better than average and great value for the price in my opinion. A business man's hotel.

I was attending Vintage Motorcycle Days and chose this location for a second time. I liked it's right next to Bob Evans so I could have breakfast in the morning and its a short distance from the event. The motel appears to be an older dated facility but it is well kept and clean. My only complaint is the tv remote didn't work. If I attend the same event next year I'll probably stay at the same place again.

Hip replacement 3 weeks ago. Was given a handicapped room (400) that water runs out of shallow pan shower, flooring peeling up everywhere, toilet was too close to floor , could have sat a bowling ball stationary in bathroom doorway, and it would have been able to roll across the room, and right out the front door without any help. Gap under door wide enough for mice, snakes, bugs, etc. to enter with no resistance. Bed linens never changed for the 3 days we were there, which incidentally were littered with cigarette burn holes everywhere. Maintenance working in the vicinity of our room were rude, and inconsiderate. Overall, probably THE WORST lodging we have ever had

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The pictures are deceiving. The room was disgusting. Dirt everywhere. Hair, artificial nails, dust, scum. The shower and ceiling was falling apart. The housekeeper does not clean thoroughly. The room smelled terrible and the sheets had stains on all over them.

Absolutely Disgusting

When I checked in, I was overcharged $100.. Then I was told it would be days before the overcharge was put back into my account. The room was ABSOLUTELY disgusting!!! You couldn’t walk on the floor without shoes because your feet would turn black instantly. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned, and I don’t mean just dirt. There was hair and actual dirt all over the bathroom, dog prints on the door, greasy handprints on the toilet, the toilet had clearly been used by the previous occupants and never cleaned, hair, dirt and grease all over the shower. The room was so dirty that when housekeeping came around my friend and I requested cleaning supplies so we could clean it ourselves.

Hair and dirt on toilet clearly been there a while.

When we checked into our room, I found that the bathroom was not clean. There was pubic hair around the toilet bowel as well as urine. There was also hair in the bathtub. The lady at the desk was very quick to change our room right away. The second room was clean. Down side was that the property was old and not very well maintained. It was also noisy outside. There was no coffee machine or any of the normal things found in a hotel room. The room was $80.00 a night. For what we got, I think it could have been lower. I have had great room at $80.00 a night. I guess this was the one bad apple.

Had a good experience. Rooms are older but clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. No complaints whatsoever

Very dirty, bathroom extremely dirty to the point of not being able to get showered in morning. Dirt everywhere
