"Hotel is outdated But very convenient"

"The room I had was a tad small though had a good view. The staff was mixed, though for the most part I was aware who was friendly and who was not. The bar was great with plenty of options. I did not have breakfast, though the menu look perfect for my liking. This hotel is located in a great neighborhood with Museum Quarter located steps away. Plenty of restaurant options, shopping and transportation all within steps of hotel. I would definitely return and stay here again. I will say the folks I dealth with on arrival were kind and very helpful. Also on my departure, the staff at the desk early, early in the morning, we very kind. The gym was great and like that it was quite clean for being a hotel gym, waters stocked and fruit available."

"This property was beautiful and unique! Very clean and lovely decor. Close to the tram that took us to city centre (even though you can walk) and right across the street from the train station. The staff were amazing and very friendly! The roof top bar was absolutely beautiful with great views! Staff up there were so friendly! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Got the room key and when we opened the door there was a woman in the bed. This is totally unacceptable and gave the woman such a fright, this situation is not acceptable and could have left the woman very vulnerable and unsafe. The shower had someone else’s hair in it and the edge of the shower outside has a build up of dirt. I have stayed at Moxy quite a few times and all has been okay but this was a very disappointing experience"
