Okay so this review would have been 5 star if it wasn’t for a few eye sore and moody front desk staff. When my girlfriend and I arrived we went to front desk to inform my girlfriend is joining me. I booked a beachfront view room with king bed. The staff quickly charged me $50 for each night to add my girlfriend. I said okay so what’s included with my stay since I’m paying an additional $50. The staff responded firm and annoyed saying nothing. We didn’t ask for additional towels or pillows. Besides the pools there was no other amenities to use. You had to pay for everything which I’m okay with but didn’t see the justification of an additional $50 a night. My room bathroom was outdated, rusted bathroom fixtures and with a hairdryer defect. I was not going to have the small things affect my stay. Moving on, there was construction outside near the pool which was an eye sore. Now let’s talk the positive side of my stay. Pool staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and hospitable. They made my girlfriend and I have an amazing time with their service. We had breakfast one time at the hotel. You can get a much better experience at a restaurant near the hotel. We had an amazing oceanfront view and enjoyed the sunrise from our patio. Comfortable beach setting by the hotel beach area. The hotel is very close to 2 good restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Capri. Lunches we enjoyed at The Surfin Burrito.

The resort it’s beautiful,very clean,staff speaking multiple languages,restaurants and à la carte very very nice,good & many choices, Algertinian steakhouse and French was very detail and food was amazing.Breakfest and lunch buffet had many choices as I’m a peaky eater and have sweet tooth, many fruits options compare other resorts.We booked Skyview plunge pool but unless it’s the ocean view it is not worth or better then regular room. Many pools and kept very clean.upon check in they will make you to download their resort app but that only to see what the resort have or offer as morning of your butler will contact you what’s open and close or the activities for the day.Loved the bracelet door room opener and no more cards to open door or get a beach towel.Planty beach towels, many beach chairs and cabanas.Beach and ocean very clean.Great job for HUMBERTO making sure we leave happy, satisfied and with great memories, Also Alejandro, SPA was perfect because of Pricilla.And my milkshakes craving I owe to coffee shop and Alexis you made my lunch special. Definitely recommend and will come back again
