Hotel very nice and room was spacious. Aircon only seems to blow cold in rooms from beginning of April. I was here end of March and it was hotter than normal so room was too warm. Staff friendly but service slow in most areas of hotel.

The hotel’s staff were amazing. Rooms, although a little dated, were. Still as comfortable and clean as when I last stayed at the hotel. The staff at breakfast were very polite and ever helpful, especially the two ladies greeting guests and Narmada. This is an awesome property! Agree with the 5 star rating. Good location. Staff friendly throughout always willing to assist. Room was big , clean, extremely comfortable, and modern. Great shower and bathroom. Pools were excellent. Breakfast was truly very good. Fresh fruit, juice, pastries, hot breakfast and good seating and service. Sami and Yassin looked after us at breakfast. Assortment of teas was good. Finally the chocolate hour was amazing. Definitely recommend! Enjoy
