광장에서 조금 거리가있는 대신 택시 타고내리기 편한위치에있어요 가격대비 어떤지모르겠지만 친절하고좋았어요 루프탑은 생각보다별루고 조식도좋지는않음

도로변과 경찰서 근처에 있어 찾기 쉬움, 깨끗한 객실
큰 도로에 있어 호텔을 찾기 쉬우며, 룸 역시 깨끗하고 안락했다. 하지만 도로변에 있기 때문에 도로 쪽으로 창문이 있는 객실은 밖의 소리에 의해 조금 시끄러웠다. 하지만 화장실의 문을 잘 닫는다면 신경쓰지 않을 정도이다. WIFI는 방 안에서 사용이 가능하며, 조식을 먹는 옥상 테라스에서는 사용이 불가능했다. 에어컨은 설정 온도에 비해 약하게 동작하는 것 같다. 호텔 내 휴식 공간이 다양하게 있어 사용하기 편리하며, 리셉션의 직원들 또한 친철하였다. 특히 호텔 밖에서 대기하고 있는 직원은 친절하게 대해주어 고마웠다. 전반적으로 좋은 인상의 호텔이다.

Nice hotel for a short stay on Marrakech
This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels. Breakfast was buffet style and you could help yourself to as much or as little as you wanted. We also had lunch on our first day which was reasonably priced. The food was nice. The room was reasonably sized, clean and adequate for our stay. The fridge wasn't very cold but cooled our water enough. The aircon made the room a nice temperature for sleeping. Our shower was temperamental meaning we had to hold it with one hand whilst showering but the water temperature was good. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and rose petals sprinkled in the bathroom and on the beds. There was a hairdryer provided in the room and we had everything we needed for our stay. There is no lift but someone escorted us to our room with our suitcase meaning we only had to take it down when checking out. The hotel is on a busy street but the noise was limited. Overall this is a nice hotel and would recommend for a short stay in Marrakech.

Perfect place to stay in Marrakech
This is a great riad, ideally located walking distance to to at attractions including Jeema el Fna market. I would call it diamond in the rough. Extremely well run and cared for by properly trained staff. Thank you Riad Bahia Salam for a wonderful stay!

El Rial Bahia Salam, es espectacular, todo es perfecto para alojarte en Marrakesch, altamente recomendable. Es todo perfecto, desde la ubicación, la limpieza, hsbitaciones, comidas, personal, no hay ni un pero q ponerle, tiene un hamar, q te deja como nuevo. En definitiva, será mi Riad de referencia para proximas visitas. Muchas gracias

The rooftop pool was a great addition! Walking distance from the square & a lot of attractions. Staff was sooooo helpful & accommodating. Very authentic area of Marrakech.

Perfect for summer
I had a wonderful stay at the riad, it is located at the footsteps of the square and the rooftop pool is perfect for the summer heat. The service was absolutely amazing and they really accommodated to me

The riad was nice, but it was very noisy because of the stone structure, you could hear the moving furnitures and people walking and talking. The first night was in a room facing the street and was impassible to fall asleep as there's constant traffic throughout the night. The wifi was very spotty and depended on the location you are at. The room service unlocked the door without knocking while I was in the room. At the last night of the stay, had food poisoning because of the food at the riad, but when complain to the front desk, their response was "the food was good, no?", no apologies no nothing.

Staff were helpful and friendly. They were able to help with any request we had. The place was clean and very comfortable. The location was also great, being five minutes from the Medina. Overall great location and great place to stay!

Der Riad liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Medina an einer Straße. Von der Straße ist im Riad nichts zu hören, die Lage hat aber den Vorteil, dass der Riad direkt mit dem Taxi zu erreichen ist (zumindest bei sehr hohen Temperaturen von Vorteil). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auf kurzem Weg zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso viele hervorragende Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist ein klassischer Riad mit nüchterner Fassade außen und eine schönen Optik innen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit schönem Bad und Kühlschrank, dass Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl.

Me encantó tener el spa a la mano; tomé un masaje relajante y me quedé dormida por una hora o más en la cabina... realmente bueno. El lugar es precioso y tiene la ventaja de estar ubicado sobre la calle; el taxi puede dejarte justo enfrente. Regresaría sin duda.

Siamo stati molto bene,personale gentilissimo,colazione buona e abbondante,wi-fi con un' ottima connessione anche in camera.Camere con frigo ,cassaforte e aria condizionata,spaziose.La struttura dispone anche di una piccola piscina sulla terrazza con il bar in piu' ha una spa( non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne).il riad si trova a pochi passi dal centro,volendo si puo' anche cenare ad una modica cifra,il servizio é ottimo.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was very nice and quick to help, always with a nice attitude. They gave us a free massage since it was our second time at the Riad, It was very thoughtful! We were treated so nicely, the hotel amenities were charming as well! I totally recommend and will come back!

A proximité de la célèbre place Jemaa El-Fna, ce Riad est particulièrement agréable notamment grâce à sa petite piscine équipée de transats et serviettes et située sur une terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée...Notre chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable avec une literie tout à fait confortable, le wifi y est d'une qualité remarquable quelque soit l'endroit où l'on se trouve, le restaurant est plaisant et en même temps pas excessif...le petit déjeuner reste assez simple mais suffisant... Petit bémol : un peu bruyant mais le Riad n'y est en aucun cas responsable, tout dépend de la clientèle qui y réside Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour...Merci beaucoup !

Sehr gute Lage in der Medina, viele Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal, teils auch etwas deutsch sprechend, ansonsten ist englisch oder französisch angesagt. Das Zimmer war Queensize Bett ist ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer mit Wanne auf modernem europäischen Standard. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit allerdings winzigem Pool. Frühstück marrokanisch, kleine Auswahl im Restaurant ab Mittag bis ca. 22.00 h.

Everything down to the airport transfer, to check in/out, to the dining was smooth and great! The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful at all times. The pool is a lot smaller than I expected, but does not take away from the greatest of the hotel or the time I had. Will be back and would recommend.

Das Riad ist Grundsätzlich weiter zu empfehlen, es ist sauber und die Zimmer sind ok. Wir haben leider vier Tage erwischt an denen es nur 13 Grad hatte und daher war es in den Aufenthaltsräumen und dem Frühstücksraum sehr kühl. Am ersten Tag wurden die Handtücher mit genommen aber nicht gewechselt. Wir mussten uns selber um Handtücher kümmern. Das Spa Personal spricht schlecht Englisch da wir kein Französisch sprechen kam es zu ärgerlichen Missverständnissen. Auf unsere Frage ob Sauna mit inkludiert ist antwortet das Personal mit ja und danach wurden 150MAD pro Person pro Sauna Gang fällig!!! Wir hatten noch Hammam dazu reserviert laut Personal inkludiert kostet auch 400MAD ( das war es aber auf jeden Fall wert)! Hier war der Rezeptionist sehr kooperativ wir haben uns geeinigt das Hammam zu bezahlen die Saune wurde uns erlassen. Das Jacuzzi gab es leider nicht es wurde wohl gerade umgebaut. Der Pool ist auf der Dachterrasse, im Sommer bestimmt schön im Winter viel zu kalt da der Pool nicht beheizt war. Wir wurden das Riad im Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Wir waren sieben Personen auf verschiedene Namen reserviert und bekamen bei Ankunft alle Zimmer auf einer Etage.

Riad je nachází ve perfektní lokalitě, kde je blízko do všech zajímavých koutů Marakéše. Personál byl velice ochotný a pokoj čistý s pohodlnou postelí. Snídaně byly dobré, ale velice jednotvárné a spíše sladké, což po 3 dnech už stačilo. Byli jsme ovšem velice zaskočeni cenou za městkou daň, která byla 3 eura os/noc. To si myslím, že je dost a Hotels tak vysokou daň nikde neuvádí. A taky vaše uvedená cesta za transport na letiště neodpovídá. Platili jsme 200 MAD za cestu.

Wir hatten immer im Hotel gefrühstückt,und es war hervoragend.Das essen ausserhalb war nicht so wir uns vorgestellt haben.Leider sind die Menschen im Marrakesch bedacht die Touristen Geld aus der Taschen zu ziehen.Es grenzt fast an belästigung wie man verfolgt wird nur sie ihren überteurten Produkten verkaufen wollen.Das Land hat viel Potential.Das muss man gesehen habe.Wir hatte magischen Momenten.Jetzt da ich die Preise und "die Mensch" dort kenne,werde ich nochmal hin fliege.
