"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we found that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Despite several calls to the front desk and multiple repair attempts, nothing was fixed. We were forced to spend the entire first night without air conditioning while the temperature was above 30°C. The next day, we were moved to another room, which meant packing and unpacking all of our luggage again. The worst part happened at check-out. Although...
