"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"This riad is an oasis in the chaos of Marrakesh. It is beautiful and very clean. The food is excellent. But what really shines here is the staff. They are phenomenal - no ask is too much. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. A special call out to Abdullah and Eunice, who went above and beyond with their service. We wished that we had stayed longer!"
