"Large, clean and comfortable room. Only minor issue was the heating unit was a bit noisy but we didn't need it on overnight so it didn't matter too much. Particularly appreciated being asked for preference for room. Bar food good and prompt. "

"We tried the Amala spa on this visit. My massage and facial with Rochelle was very relaxing and gentle. My husband enjoyed the Hammam bath and his skin felt very healthy. Definitely would go back. We also love the amenities and view from our hotel room. Staff are friendly and very helpful."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, and great location. Parking is nearby around 5 mins walk. Breakfast is decent with buffet of hot and cold food. Only slight niggle which wasn't the hotels fault, but was other guests who were inconsiderate late at night with noise but the hotel staff handled the situation right away to the their credit. We would come back again when we are in Birmingham. "

Marie was kind, sympathetic, friendly and very helpful. Marie made our stay even better with her kindness - thank you so much Marie your support was amazing and I really appreciated your kindness. Other staff members were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to our next stay very soon."
