They are beside the cycleway (NCN route 3) which runs along the line of the disused railway to 567424. The little valley in the background drains away from the nearby Torridge towards the Little Mere River.

Very friendly staff, hot tub wasn’t up to temp on our arrival but staff were very apologetic and we were not charged for it that evening. The Lodge was very clean, good quality bedding and toiletries.
