"I recently stayed at the Sonesta ES Suites in North Olmsted (Westlake area) and had a solid, functional experience. While there were a few minor letdowns, the overall stay served its purpose well. The Highlights Convenient Location: The biggest draw for me was the location. It was perfectly situated for everywhere I needed to go during my time in Ohio, making my daily commute stress-free. Friendly Service: The staff throughout the hotel were consistently pleasant and helpful. A friendly face at the front desk always makes a difference. Areas for Improvement In-Room Amenities: I wasn’t particularly fond of the coffee provided in the room. If you’re a caffeine enthusiast, you might want to bring your own or plan a stop at a local cafe. The Marketplace: The "cupboard" or marketplace area was a bit of a disappointment. It remained nearly empty and felt pretty bland throughout my entire stay, so don't count on it for a wide variety of snacks or essentials. Final Verdict Despite the small gripes with the coffee and the marketplace selection, it wasn't a terrible stay by any means. Given the convenience and the great service from the team, I would likely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"Property was below average, garbage was all around the grounds. While walking our dog, she found chicken bones, which I had to remove from her mouth twice. The trash was everywhere around the grounds, liquor bottles along the back side of the parking area, soda cans, fountain drink cups and general trash littered the grass surrounding parking area. The room was substandard for the quality you expect from a Hampton Inn. Coffee bar was not replenished upon checkin at 2pm, pots were empty. Sadly, Would not recommend this hotel."
