"I was disappointed because I stayed there for a week, however, they haven't changed the bed sheets or clean bathroom/toilet during this time. They only restocked towels and made the bed in this period."

"Everything about this place was lovely(eg., location, view, cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff) with one exception, horrible bed pillows. It was not possible to shape the pillow for neck support. It really affected getting a good nights sleep and woke up with neck pain."

"Location to beach was great however construction noise in and around hotel was very bad. Room was okay however small, dark and dated."

"The kitchen/wash area was great- all the basics for cooking, large fridge, easy to get around. Pool and gym were great. Check in/check out is a trap- they don’t utilise the listed on site reception. Keys (1set only) have to be collected a km away which was quite inconvenient. Even though it’s listed on hotels.com, there is no servicing of the-room during the stay. This is actually a personal rental, not a hotel with associated expectations of you vacuuming before leaving. Be sure to ask questions before booking. "

"Fabulous family holiday, booked 4 units and all were very well appointed, fresh and clean. Great spot, wonderful facilities, close to everything we needed and staff went out of their way to assist. "
