“The Room to small”

“Long waiting for check-in. It was ridiculous for 5 star hotel.”

“This is a good place to stay for a family”

“Unhappy that we are still waiting for our $100 security deposit despite leaving the room in a clean and tidy state. Many tiled surfaces were dangerous in the wet conditions that we experienced over the week we stayed. There was quite a musty smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodoriser. One positive remark is that staff placed us in o lower level unit when asked that made wheelchair access a bit easier, unfortunately though, access to the road was not possible due to a number of...

“Good”

“Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, working facilities, and respectful customer service are the minimum...

“Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo”

“Great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the beach. The room had everything we wanted including a very comfortable bed.”
