Our condo and location were fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen were lovely and in the back side of the busy street, we had no trouble sleeping. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken and the oven didn’t heat properly so we were not able to fully utilize the kitchen.

I had a very disappointing experience with this stay. We experienced ongoing maintenance issues, including leaks from the shower and sink, as well as toilets that were not working properly. Because of the leaks, some of our clothing and belongings were damaged, and the unit was not in a livable condition. We were told a plumber would come, so we waited for the issue to be resolved, but no plumber arrived. Instead, we were later told the plumber was unavailable and were offered another room, which did not make sense at that point because we were already leaving early due to the poor conditions. I contacted support multiple times and was told the property/refund request was being worked on, but the refund process has been unclear and unresolved. I was also told the property needed to approve the refund, even though I had already been informed in a prior chat that the refund for the remaining nights was approved. Overall, the lack of timely maintenance, poor communication, damaged belongings, and unresolved refund made this a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here at all.

READ OTHER REVIEWS and be aware: there is effectively no way to contact the owner or property management prior to arrival. The contact information provided in the listing went unanswered, and the Special Instructions listed were not upheld. Upon arrival, the “front desk” provided a different phone number and contact name on a Post-it note, which was the first time we were given a usable point of contact. Until then, we had no way to reach anyone. As a result, we lost half a day of our vacation standing in the Design District with all of our luggage after disembarking from a cruise, simply trying to confirm basic information about bag storage. The front desk can assist with signing the agreement and issuing keys, but anything beyond that requires contacting the owner. The front-desk attendant was visibly uncomfortable speaking with the owner. We were told in person that an early check-in at 2:00 PM could be accommodated. However, when we returned, we learned that neither the owner nor the front desk had coordinated with housekeeping, resulting in additional delays. Eventually, messages were received from the owner via Expedia, but not in a timely or useful manner. A welcome message was not received until our second day at the property, and checkout instructions arrived only after we had already returned home to Colorado. Additionally, these messages were only accessible via desktop and not on mobile, further limiting their usefulness during travel.

Is says the location is in the design district, its not. But the negative review is for them having dirty sheets, pillows with makeup and stains on them. Having wet and dirty towels rolled up on the bed, for us to use. Dirty and stained towels in the bathrooms. Poor communication, not offered to fix anything and will deny the refund after the fact. Pictures are of a similar, but different unit, and probably when it was brand new. Walls, floors and furniture are all stained and dirty. We checked in at 11pm with family, waited for an hour trying to resolve it, checked-out within an hour and will not be going back. They will lie to expedia that they offered a resolution or even replaced the towels, when nobody came and they only told us to keep on waiting. Didnt hear back until following day after I called them myself. Not a safe unit to stay in, stay away.

Great place to stay. Free parking. Clean, Sunny Apartment and everything works. Everything you need. Located on the same floor as the gym and hte swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again.
