"The two receptionist were very sweet and helpful. The room was a good size, the walls were kinda dirty and the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which i hate! I beleive the cigarette smell eas imbetted in the curtains. Rough time sleeping because of that. The breakfast was from 10 am til midnight and only had ramen (only spicy flavors), coffee soda and ice cream so not a breakfast"

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to buy washing powder in single packs from the desk which was handy. The room was very clean and the bins and towels were serviced daily with the beds changed every two days. For two people the suite was pretty spacious. The appliances (hair dryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer) all worked well. Best part was the location. Close enough to two stations of the different lines we needed, it was also easy to wander back from places like Gyeongbokgung Palace. Iโ€™d definitely stay again. "
