"Great area! Very Accommodating hotel with a nice hotel bar. The staff was very friendly polite and personable. The bed made me sleep like a princess! "

"Rooms were very small, but i guess for a cheap hotel in Time Square is normal, hotel was clean, and location was good."

"The only issue I had was with housekeeping. They came knocking on the door at 9am. Check out isn't until 11am. They woke us up. Then came a few more times even after we extended our check out to 2pm. That was a bit much. If we needed anything, we would have said something the first time she came knocking. That was a bit excessive. "

"Originally I had wanted to cancel my reservation but in glad I didn’t. Beautiful room, nice view. Although it’s a high traffic area, it’s was really quiet. Rooms were very clean. I look forward to staying there again. Also staff was so nice ! In all areas everyone you encountered was so welcoming and nice. "
