“Our two night stay at Sedr Trailer Resort in Hatta was an absolutely dream. The views were absolutely breathtaking. A great, peaceful escape in nature. The service was incredible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would visit again in the future”

“We absolutely loved this property! I could write a book about why it was so awesome. It was so peaceful and calm. It was like we were the only ones there. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. All of the employees were phenomenal with customer service. My kids were too small to really do any of the experiences so I asked if they could just see the camels and falcons and they said sure. Jamal was amazing he drove us around and was patient with my kids even though they were scared of the animals....

“Konakladığım Kum Butik Otel küçük şirin temiz sakin Sahibi çok beyefendi odayı gösterdi Kahvaltı almıştım 9-11 Arası veriyormuş ama ben 8 de çıkıcam dedim Sağ olsun kırmadı kalktı gelip 7 buçukta bahçe kamelyaya servisi açtı yedim. Çok güzel bir yer limana kumsala yürüme mesafesinde hizmetlerinden dolayı Kum otel ve Hotels. Com a teşekkür ederim.”

“A unique place to stay. It is probably best suited for travelers with pre-teen kids. Food options are somewhat limited. The shower didn't drain properly and management was unable to fix it during our stay, which was disappointing.”

“Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

“We hadden een chalet met mountainview geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek het een klein huisje te zijn, met 1 zijraam dat uitkeek op de blinde muur van het huisje ernaast. Geen enkele mountainview. Bij de receptie werd verteld dat het een "Mountain Lodge" was dat inderdaad geen uitzicht op de bergen had, maar dat Hotels.com geen keuzemogelijkheid had om het goed aan te geven. Na veel heen en weer gepraat hebben we bijbetaald en omgeboekt naar een sunset chalet. Daarbij werd eerst nog geprobeerd om ons...
