“Kaldığımız yer çok güzeldi,oda tam resimlerdeki gibiydi. Temizlik konusunda havlular vs gayet temizdi. Oda değil küçük bir ev desek de olur haftasonu geçirmek için gayet iyi, sessiz sakin huzur dolu şirin bir yer. Kaldığımız yerin balkonu da vardı bu da iyi bir özellik. Personel de gayet güleryüzlü ve yardımcı idi. Biz çok memnun kaldık yine gitsek aynı yerde kalırız ”

“I loved staying in Simply Comfort villa It was amazing and special I liked every details They even didnt forget the dishes soap and sponge. The villa was very clean, I had a small issue with the A/C but when I contacted them , they send the maintenance in less than 30 min., they solced my problem I would like to thank Ms. Lana in the receprion, she helped me alot , she is very kind and polite , She was sincere in her work and responds quickly to the phone and serves us with happiness and...

“Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. ”

“Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. ”

“Location excellent , quite clean beach . Management give access to people not staying at the resort to use the beach which makes it crudely. They charge/ person so they get more. When you call for service no body answer after working hours . No body come to pic the garbage ”
