"We loved the location, the room, the massage chairs and the front desk customer service. The free breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The only bad thing was an old lady who was attending in the breakfast area, she was rude not only to us but with some of the other employees. Besides the weird, rude lady everything was great."

"The staff, rooms, and amenities at Virgin Hotels Nashville were absolutely amazing! From the customer service at the restaurants, poolside, coffee bar, and front desk to the valet team, everyone was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help our large group navigate and enjoy Nashville. A special thank-you to Greg, Jordan, Kayla, and Bianca—and my apologies to those whose names I didn’t get to remember.
