"We stayed one night here for a concert. The hotel was about a 20min walk from Broadway. In a good location with a few restaurants nearby. The room was clean and smelled nice. The people at the check in were friendly and the breakfast was solid. $20 parking per night. We didnt have time to swim but the pool looked nice."

"Did not get my $15/day credit, staff could care less about your stay, hidden charges and not able to apply to the credit you don't receive. QR codes in room for ordering food, does not work; call down to question and told to come down and hung up on. Not worth it!! Overall, for airport hotel, okay."

"The people from the Valet to the front desk to the restaurant were all so nice and helpful in any way needed. Location is perfect for the Ryman and The Bridgestone. But the staff is the complete package!! we will be back Dee Privett"

"The rooms are dated, not exactly clean and the staff were rude. I’m pretty sure my door had been kicked in at one point and was bent back into shape. Online photos don’t accurately portray the property."

"The hotel was great, we enjoyed the happy hour with live music and appetizers from 4-6p daily was a great addition. Breakfast was good with lots of seating. It was an easy 10min walk to all the bars and fun on Broadway. I would definitely stay here again for the amenities and close proximity to downtown bars. "
